          Philodemos S.d. Autoklesaus dem Demos Eroiadai stellte den Antrag: das andere,wie vom Rat (beantragt); dass fernerdiesen Beschluss auf eine steinerneStele aufzeichne der Sekretär des Ratesund aufstelle auf der Akropolis; dass fürdie Aufzeichnung auf die Stele derSchatzmeister des Volkes - - -Drachmen gebe aus dem Dekret-Fonds des Volkes.
- - -[the presiding committee allottedto preside in the People at the]next Assembly shall introduceAratos to the People and put his case on the agenda,and submit the opinionof the Council to the People thatit seems good to the Council, to praise thecity of the Tenedians and theirrepresentative, Aratos, andhis brothers, [Megatimos?] andKallistotimos and -children of [Mega?]atimos and crowneach of them with a [foliage] crown;and they shall be permitted to seekfrom the Athenian People whatever benefitthey may be deemed to be worthy of;and to praise the man who has comefrom Tenedos and invite himto hospitality in the city halltomorrow. –
        Philodemos son of Autoklesof Eroiadai proposed: in other respectsas proposed by the Council, but the secretaryof the Council shall inscribethis decree on a stone steleand stand it on the acropolis; and forinscribing the stelethe treasurer of the People shall give [20 or 30]drachmas from the People’s fundfor expenditure on decrees.
